Jason is a marketing and design expert with 25 years of experience transforming industries and elevating brands. He played a pivotal role in establishing Miami as a global creative hub, shaping iconic hospitality and real estate brands.

Born into a family of restaurateurs, Jason merges design innovation with human connection. His expertise spans collaborations with top agencies and global brands like W Hotels, Carnival Cruise Lines, McDonald's, MasterCard, Amazon, and Pepsi.

In 2007, he founded Jastor, now Miami’s leading hospitality branding agency. Under his leadership, Jastor has earned prestigious accolades, including the Dieline Gold Award and the 2015 Retail Design Award. Jason has also been recognized among the Top 100 Most Influential Colombian Americans (2012) and the 41 Most Fascinating Founders in Florida (2024).

A sought-after speaker at global conferences and universities like FIU and Miami University of Art and Design, Jason mentors the next generation of creative leaders.
